Results-Based Management and Evaluation Specialist

Eric Tuyisenge is a Results-Based Management and Evaluation Specialist with extensive international and multisectoral experience in programming related to Youth Development, Early Childhood Development, Maternal and Child Health, Nutrition, Agriculture, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights for Women and Adolescents, Economic Development, and Humanitarian and Disaster Response, among others. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Master of Public Health. He has worked with national and international organizations in an operational and clinical capacity. 

Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Master of Public Health. His passion for human development has contributed to his unique blend of academic expertise and practical experience in evaluation and impact management. Eric has completed missions in multiple African countries to strengthen capacity in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning Systems in Development & Humanitarian contexts. Eric has developed, reconstructed, and validated numerous institutional theories of change, and impact frameworks, aimed at improving program design and implementation quality. He has contributed to the monitoring & evaluation systems of various projects funded by UN agencies, USAID, the Mastercard Foundation, and other funding entities. 

With a strong focus on gender and social inclusion, Eric integrates equity dimensions into evaluation design, data collection, and reporting. Eric is dedicated to driving evidence-based practices and contributing to holistic human development programming, even in complex and changing contexts.
